Please arrange the Ph.D. registration form as per below mentioned sequence:

1.   Ph.D.  Registration form (only fill Appendix A)

2.   Fee slip

3.   Joining report

4.   No Blood Relation Certificate

5.   Consent Letter

6.   Migration Certificate (If other than P.U.)

7.   Photocopies of Documents

8.   DMCand Degree in Original

Note:- All the documents should be intact in the file in proper way so that  students as well office don’t suffer. All the students make two files one is with original documents and photocopies and one is with photocopy only  (self attested).

Last date of submission of consent  of supervisor on 18.10.2024 at 4.00 p.m.
